Currently Winding Vista has a limited number of memberships available, which will be filled on a first come/first serve basis. The cost to join Winding Vista at this time for a household membership is $1,800. This includes a $750 one-time initiation fee, the 2024 membership dues of $700, and a one-time assessment of $350 to help pay for capital improvements to the facilities.
